The Asian Football Network, in partnership with the Premier League and the University of Brighton, is to undertake a groundbreaking research project to define and explore issues regarding the involvement of the UK Asian community in professional football. The main aim of the project is to obtain an informed overview of contemporary trends relating to Asian football supporters and their relationship to Premier League and Football League clubs.
